We are looking for a strategic and creative Creative Producer to oversee the development and execution of highperforming marketing creatives for Smarter Apps portfolio. In this role, you will drive the creative vision across paid and organic channels, ensuring visual excellence, brand consistency, and performance impact.

You will collaborate closely with user acquisition, analytics, product, and ASO teams to align design efforts with growth objectives, product positioning, and business KPIs.

A key part of this role is identifying and implementing opportunities for automation and the timely adoption of AIpowered design tools to streamline production, accelerate testing cycles, and boost team efficiency. This position requires a mix of hands-on execution, strategic thinking, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing creative strategies across platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Google, and others.
  • Manage the full creative cycle from idea generation and writing briefs to final production and adaptation.
  • Create high quality, user focused creatives based on market trends and performance data.
  • Collaborate closely with UA, Growth, ASO, and Design teams to optimize testing, analyze results, and improve campaign metrics.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of creative production by delivering assets on time and maintaining a high share of successful new creatives.
  • Research new formats, storytelling techniques, and industry trends to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.
  • Streamline and improve processes to scale creative production and maximize results.
  • Enhance creative analysis processes to identify winning patterns and ensure continuous performance improvement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing design or creative production, ideally within subscription-based or freemium mobile apps.
  • Proven ability to lead the development of high-performing marketing creatives across multiple channels (paid social, display, email, landing pages, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with interactive formats such as playable ads, including concepting, production oversight, and performance iteration.
  • Strong conceptual and visual design skills, with a deep understanding of how to translate marketing goals into effective creative assets.
  • Experience working on products with diverse monetization models (subscriptions, in-app purchases, ad monetization).
  • Able to build and lead cross-functional collaboration with user acquisition, content, product, and analytics teams, including setting up creative performance tracking processes and data-informed workflows within the design team.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to brand consistency and design quality.
  • Proven experience hiring and managing both static and motion designers, including building balanced teams and overseeing recruitment processes.
  • Experience integrating AI tools and workflows into the creative pipeline to increase efficiency, scale production, and support experimentation.
