SmarterApps publishes iOS apps. We rebooted our product line this year and now run a small team that ships fast. You will own marketing creative production, what we make, how fast we make it, and whether it performs. A big part of the job is building the pipeline around AI tools, because one person with the right setup should outproduce a traditional creative team.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and produce ad creatives for Facebook, TikTok, Google and other channels: ideas, briefs, production, adaptations.
  • Set up an AI heavy production pipeline.
  • Generative tools for video, image and copy, LLMs for research, scripts and creative analysis.
  • Watch the numbers with UA and Growth, kill what fails, double down on what works.
  • Keep the volume up. New creatives every week, on time, with a healthy hit rate.
  • Try new formats before they become mainstream.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in creative production for mobile apps, ideally subscription or freemium.
  • Creatives you made that actually performed. Be ready to show them and explain why they worked.
  • Real daily use of generative AI in production, not one test project. Same for LLM workflows.
  • Experience with playable ads.
  • You have hired and managed designers before, both static and motion.
  • You understand subscriptions, in app purchases and ad monetization well enough to make creatives that convert.
  • Comfortable working independently.
