• Create engaging, visually compelling creatives for Google Ads and Facebook campaigns.
• Localize visuals for different markets, ensuring they effectively resonate with target audiences.
• Resize and adapt creatives for various platforms while maintaining design integrity and impact.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop innovative concepts aligned with campaign goals.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and best practices to continuously elevate creative quality.

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing design for social media and digital advertising.
• A strong portfolio showcasing advertising content for mobile apps.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Figma.
• Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools like MidJourney, with the ability to integrate AI into workflows effectively.
• Solid understanding of online advertising materials and formats.
• Strong knowledge of design principles like color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent aesthetic taste, attention to detail, and a keen interest in industry trends related to mobile apps and advertising.
• Reliable in estimating deadlines and consistently delivering high-quality work on time.
