Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in marketing design for social media and digital advertising.
A strong portfolio showcasing advertising content for mobile apps.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Figma.
Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools like MidJourney, with the ability to integrate AI into workflows effectively.
Solid understanding of online advertising materials and formats.
Strong knowledge of design principles like color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Excellent aesthetic taste, attention to detail, and a keen interest in industry trends related to mobile apps and advertising.
Reliable in estimating deadlines and consistently delivering high-quality work on time.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of performance marketing and direct response design frameworks.
Experience in motion design and creating dynamic visual content.
Deep understanding of Google Ads platforms and advertising formats.
