As a Project Manager at Smarter Apps, you’ll help drive the execution and delivery of our mobile products while continuously improving the workflows behind them through AI and LLM based processes. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Development, and QA teams in a fast moving environment where speed, ownership, and operational efficiency directly impact what gets shipped.
This is not a traditional coordination role focused only on tracking tasks and timelines. We are looking for someone who actively explores and implements smarter ways to operate using AI tools, automation, and LLM driven workflows. A big part of the role is identifying bottlenecks, improving execution speed, and evolving internal processes around documentation, QA, ticketing, communication, and release management.
• Manage the delivery process for our products and oversee related workflows.
• Track priorities, timelines, blockers, and release plans.
• Work closely with Product, Design, Development, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
• Maintain team rituals and help keep projects on schedule.
• Improve internal workflows using AI and LLM based tools, including ticketing, QA, documentation, and release support.
• Coordinate cross functional communication and help resolve execution bottlenecks.
• Continuously explore and implement new AI and LLM based workflows to improve execution speed and team efficiency.
• 2+ years of experience working with mobile products.
• Experience with subscription based mobile apps is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with LLM driven workflows, AI tools, and process automation.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong interest in AI and LLMs, with a proactive approach to improving and evolving workflows through automation and AI driven processes.
• Experience with tools like Jira, ClickUp, Notion, Slack, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel workflows and changing priorities.
• Structured, responsible, and able to work independently.
